I’ll try and keep it simple I used to hurt myself. I’ve written about it previously and I hate talking about it irl, but here’s advice. This is a disclaimer- I’m not a therapist or doctor I’m just a kid who has experience this. This is all just stuff I found out later that helps that no one talks about.
1) I would always cut because I felt upset with myself. Before you cut sit down and rationalize. Although it’s not the best thing- it helps a lot.
2) Take out all knives, scissors, blades etc.
3) Write about it, draw vent art, punch pillows, idk let it out.
4) cry
5) Remember: You might have no friend, you might have no family, but someone cares. It doesn’t seem like it but someone cares. I am an atheist so I don’t believe in god or anything, but if you believe in that know that he/she/they believe.
