Something I have realised, there is no happiness without heartbreak, and no heartbreak without happiness, but how can you balance the two so your not tipping over edge into sadness and grief because being sad and depressed is so easy to fall into and being happy takes alot of work, at least that's what my brain believes.
But today I realised, it's simply waking up a little earlier than usual that made me feel a little better. Being depressed actually having a mood disorder is probably one of the hardest things to live with, because everyday is a battle, thinking yes today I won the battle with my demons which is my mind, but than you gotta gear up and fight to be happy and win the battle again the next day and the day after that and so on , when I write this down it's probably wrong, because you shouldn't fight to be happy, but to me I think its comes with being depressed, it's hard, one of the reason I believe it's hard it's because we can get so stuck in our anxiety and depression that we don't leave the house, and when you do, get fresh air, you feel better. You think to yourself, when our minds occupied, life is so easy, but when your with your thoughts, you think wow life is so hard. It's a hard balance. Am I crazy for thinking like this.

ReplyNo you aren't crazy for thinking like this. It can be hard to keep a balance with happiness and sadness and if sadness is winning look for a silver lining to each sad thing. Don't overthink the bad things, push them out of your mind and concentrate on the goodness that you find.
