Currently, I am in training before I started working. But, I specifically told my boss that I have another job in the morning. He said, "Okay I keep that in mind, and put you in part-time". Started onboarding process. However, during my training classes, my training manager told me that they can not change the Schedule. Because we ask for fully Availity upon hiring. First of all, the schedule program was locked and blocked. When I received the program. I can not change it or modify it. Second, received an email message saying I was denied the request for 90 days. That means it cannot be changed for 90 days.
I am going to take the risk to get fired unit they fix the schedule or if I get a write-up? I'll quit on the spot. I took this job because bills need to be paid. Second, because of my previous job experience in the kitchen. These jobs are available and open all the time. However, I either regretting it to take the job or the times are tough. I vowed not to return not to the job position. But, I have no choice in this current situation.
