Again. Literally? I have this feeling again where if I go to sleep something bad is going to happen. My mom says it's just me being paranoid after I tell her in the mornings (also it's currently 12:30 a.m. right now so sorry if grammar isn't well). Anyways, I usually also have feelings when I am walking home from the gas station. I usually think, "Did I put in the right phone number?" or "Did I put the correct pin in. And did I actually pay?"
I know this isn't right. But there are also times when I am scared my little sister is going to stop breathing during the middle of the night (since I share a room with my younger sister). I just listen to her breathing sometimes to reassure myself. I also am scared of my TWO younger sister's because I am just scared that they are going to get possessed or something? I don't know. But sometimes it gets very hard to breath when thinking of all of it.
I don't know what's going on with me these days. If anyone has any advice on what to do or medical advice on what's going on with me. Please give some input. I really need the help. Because now, I'm scared of my own self when I think things like this.

ReplyIf you want to tell your mother again, make sure it's more articulated than before and make sure it is being said at the right time so she can take it more seriously — I hope she can take it more seriously. Don't deny your condition, and don't let others deny your condition, but don't give up yourself to this condition too. There should also be tricks to battle this, and I believe you can explore them! People who have unusual conditions often have their own personal tricks to defend themselves from themselves. A doctor is always an option too. I hope you can overcome this!
