I asked for help...

I asked anonymously for help from our university psychology office but - it makes me 1000x more anxious. I was talking about my problem with one online website and they recommended me to ask for help at my university. The problem with my advisor is huge and it is getting worse.

Not only he attacks me and puts all my work down but he also started to attack my personal life and my family so I broke contact with him in September. Not it seems like a big problem. I re-wrote my dissertation on my own and he - humiliated me publicly (for the first time ever, before he usually humiliated me only in privacy) last week when I presented my research at our department. I do not want to meet him in person (or anywhere else) alone.

I need to finish my dissertation in the following days but I feel like there is too much work. I have documents from the national archive (several hundred photos) I have not included in the dissertation yet. I want to remove some parts of the dissertation but I am worried it will not make sense or it will look bald...

I am 2. a year of extended studies (at my university you have 3 years of Ph.D. usually + you can extend it for 2 more years) so I can not study any longer. It is not fair because abroad there are no such limits and a normal Ph.D. lasts up to 6 or more years. my topic is hard and my advisor is not an expert in the field, nor does he have some grants where I can participate...it is an awful situation.
