So, I what to get taller, but I don't know how. I'm just saying. I'm not going to eat this like gummies that help make you taller. I was thinking more natural but something that will work. I'm a 14-year-old girl, so please let me know if you know anything I can do.

Eat lentils, proteins, veggies ane keep a healthy diet. Exercise and stretch.
ReplyBody size and shape are genetic. We can't control them no matter what we do. A person's maximum height is completely genetic. However, you can do things to avoid stunting your growth: not drinking caffeine, eating protein and carbs, drinking water, getting lots of sleep. Whatever height you end up with, just know that it has never and will never change your worth. You are as smart, brave, kind, loving, strong, funny and beautiful at 3 inches tall than you are at 8 feet tall. I love you, babygirl and don't forget that <3
ReplyI don't know if you will see this reply but people have their legs stretched by having screws inserted in the bones and the screws are turned every so often which stretches them. This is painful and most people give up after gaining two inches. This is banned in some countries but I think it can be done in China. In America there is a place that puts rods into the legs to make them longer. These things are very expensive. Look them up.
