Alright, Bruce Banner, slow down.
Strength and power should be tempered with compassion, kindness and restraint.Lashing out, senselessly, shows immaturity and lack of empathy for those you may harm.Seek out therapy, tire yourself out at the gym, take up running, find something to take you beyond your own self interest and the desire to "Hulk smash" way of dealing with whatever your emotional issue might be.Dont hurt, heal.In all aspects of your life.Be a hero.
Replyin the end just look into yourself on which you have gotten angry and just try to avoid these situations as much as you can. if somehow you can not dodge these, just sit down and drink some water and try not to say anything at all.this is best you can do not to have anger attacks.
