No matter how much I study I will always fail. Even though I have studied enough, my brain spaces out when facing with the actual exam. It is very damaging to my grades which I did my best to raise as I desperately need a scholarship to help elevate my parent's burden.
It feels so painful to see how much anxiety can affect your studies. I wish I can do something about it... I really can't fail now.

I had test anxiety too. It's like I was listening and taking notes but when the test came I always felt rushed. Especially with math tests. What I didn't do was ask questions like to my teachers. Going up to teachers also added to anxiety. You might need a medication. I know I did but never got it til after school was over and I started working.
ReplyFace the tests more..set the timer, make your environment as if you are taking a test and try the previous test papers. If possible, do this in group. It's your choice if you guys want to look at each other's papers or not. Take mock tests often. That will help.
Replymaybe in the future, start studying more ahead of time so you do the same amount of work but not in such a short period of time. also it's normal to be stressed but try not to focus on that feeling, just focus on the words on the paper or the numbers in front of you. pretend you are having fun and you've already finished the test and now you are just going back reviewing what you've learned!
