break up

i didnt expect that after all my experiences i fell in love again that man made me idot sorry for my bad english but i just want to express my anger after just one week of our relation he run away just he sent a message telling me that it dosent work we cant be couple he didnt even give me a serious reason to break up he was in relation with someonelse and after seeing me in the internership he liked me "at the first sight" wooowwww i didnt know at the first that he had a girlfriend but after we talked 2 weeks he told me and broke up with her to be clear i wasnt the reason but she did for him bad things and after knowing me he decided to give for himself a chance to meet someone nd it was me unfortuntly after alll thatttt he didnt evenn think about my feelings i remember his last words " i want to be friends with u if its possible if not so nice to meet u" how easy and happy ending for him nd like the idot i sent him many messages today is the first day that i decided to not sending messages i wanttt but i cant he's connected on instagram FB but he didnt think about me ahhhh i remember i hanged out with him twce the first time was with his best friend and he told him that im pretty but severeee he didnt advise him to choose me nd the second time that we met we went to restaurant alone but it was the last time................. i hope one day i understand why he did that or why he didnt try to be with me for real

i need advice how can i forget him or be with him again im really under pressure
