Lately, I've been waking up to blood all over my head/forehead/hair. It's all dry, not still bleeding. I go to bed with nothing, and suddenly I wake up like this.
It's been happening for a week or more. There's only a long thin cut near my scalp which I don't know how I got. I don't really think that much blood can come from that cut alone, because it's a lot. What do you think it is? Is it just something with the weather or something like that or should I really be concerned?

Please consult a doctor.
Nothing will be lost if we go to a doctor.
You should not take any risk.
You'll be fine.
ReplyYes go to a doctor!
ReplyHead wounds bleed a lot.
I used to have a problem where I’d scratch at my face/head during my sleep. It was caused my underlying mental health issues and stress.
You should still go to a doctor if you’re able. It would help if you could take pictures to show them, because ‘a lot’ of blood can mean something very different between different people!
ReplyIs your skin dry? There’s a chance it’s cracking and accidentally scratching it at night did that
