Wanted to talk about the moments I feel happy, why I don't always feel that way and what can I do to improve it.
Moments I feel happy would be watching my favorite streamer on Twitch, to re live the past or go back to my childhood, good weather helps and be just the right temperature, etc. What can I do to feel, say, happy whenever I want but not all the time? Well I found out that when I try to look for something to do that entertains me, my day goes to waste. I don't have a clear solution yet, but searching you find. I wanted to point out that lately I've discovered an app that has been helping me on my every day life: DailyBean. Here, you can track your moods, activities, weather, etc. It's really good, and it really helped me to want to feel better during my every day life.
Basically that, I hope you got something out of that. And I'm sorry to pinpoint that my first language is spanish and not english. Thank you and goodbye.
