Something is wrong

I almost pass out then wake up to pee. But I really want to sleep now need it for my schedule to work. I don't want to lose my job . So I try to let myself fall asleep... Nothing. I try to will myself to breathe slow and I cover my eyes with cloth. This worked 99%of the time in the past. ... Nothing! I'm stuck awake. It's horrible. I can't sleep when I need to. Nothing works. I feel like something is wrong. Like God is angry at me. I don't understand. I just want to sleep. I just want to sleep now not later aso I don't get to wo k late again. Now I'm feeling like it's a panic attack. I hate this. I feel like life doesn't want me. I'm so alone and confused. And I just thought I could save my sleep schedule. But now I feel so sad and defeated about that. I feel insane. Why can't I do a normal thing that my tired body wants to do???? I can't take this. I feel crazy.

    try melatonin spray! i use the one by Isagenix called sleep support and renewal and i swear by it! you spray it directly on your tongue 10 min before you want to go to bed and i instantly feel tired and am out by 20 minutes, it tastes like spearmint too! also i have found that playing white/brown noise has helped or having a fan running at night. limit caffeine before bed and large meals/drinks. i hope this helps! good luck <3
