I have a horrible phobia of rollercoasters the adrenaline to be secpific. Which causes me to not go on a lot of rides at theme parks and my family just makes it worse they yell at me and say such hurtful words it feels like my heart just broke in half. And then again they caused my phobia they forced me on a ride called gaurdians of the galaxy mission break out. And I was 6. I used too love rollercoasters until now i am at the point where i cant even go on a freaking baby ride.I hate my life. They ruined it for me then they want me to get over it in a snap. Its not fair. And also I am autistic and my hyperfixantion is car racing and i found a ride at Epcot called test track and all ive done was obsess over it and beg to go to epcot but then I chickened out and It hurt my heart so much and now all i can do is cry everynight thinking about how I will never be able to ever go on it ever. Oh and before i am done this spring i am going to Disney world again with my best friend that lives in nevada and I dont wanna ruin her fun either so I just dont wanna be alive anymore.

Before you go to Disney World let your friend know that you can't go on rides and suggest that your friend bring another friend along so that she/he won't have to go on rides alone.
ReplyWhoaaa, I don't know how old you are but it does make sense that you're upset since you're autistic, but you really need to take a deep breath. It is perfectly okay not to like rollercoasters, there are many people out there who don't like rollercoaster and their lives are perfectly fine. It's funny cause you almost make it sound like a way of life, like instead of church your family goes to a theme park every sunday. You don't have to go to theme parks, you can tell people you don't like them and that they aren't fun for you.
Also, Disney World is full of stuff you can do that aren't rollercoaster rides.
ReplyI have the same fear. I cannot go on a rollercoaster without freaking out. I also feel like I bore my friends and I feel bad for it. They will accept it after a while tho so dont pressure urself to do anything you don't feel comphortable doing.
