does school matter if you become famous famous?

i keep having talks with my parents about school, and they tell me that i really have to graduate college. which i am, i have a big passion for arts and i plan on making a future out of it. but i also want to become a big selling music artist who became famous at a young age. my family is not rich and sometimes you can tell they don’t think art and music is a good idea to make a living out of. you can see so many big artists out there who are worldwide famous, who didn’t finish school because their music career blew up. my parents say that i could be easily fooled by scammers and stuff, but how could i if i have so much money i got from fame? isn’t money what everyone wants?? im here crying and tearing up because all i want is to sing at a concert with bazillions of people singing my songs together with me. i hate that not being good in “major” high school subjects means im uncreative and my art doesn’t have a meaning.
