what you're experiencing is the realization that's it's actually over. Grieve the loss then move forward with your life

ReplyYou are very welcome. I've been there. To help you get over him and go thru the grieving process, avoid talking to him, seeing him, looking at his social media accounts, etc. I did no contact and that helped a lot.
