We, humans, have a weird tendency to feel emotional pain when someone behaves differently from our expectations.
It’s tough to act maturely and strong when you are being ignored without any concrete reason.
But these are situations which make a person stronger and brave to face tough and shitty situations in life.
If you are ignored, face it, accept it and let that person do it.
You have to accept the fact with dignity and move away. The time you were spending on worrying can be spent more gracefully in elevating your well-being.
Try it once. The sense of doing something for your well-being and not being dependent on others will itself be an accomplishment.
