Stop searching for happiness in the wrong places. if it doesn't make you feel good. if people around you are affecting your energy negatively cut them out. your happiness will be affected if you non continually allow negatively in your life. love yourself. self love is the basic of happiness connect with yourself. meditate. not only for sleep but self awareness and reconnect with your inner voice. Don't be afraid to ask for guidance and then listen to the voice inside. reconnecting with yourself give you an abundance of wisdom Accept that there are things that you can not control and surrender yourself to the fact that the outcome will be whatever it is, with or without you Stressing about it. Stop placing yourself in a box. You are not a package and you cannot classified. Draw on your talents. Recognise that you have strengths and talents that are as unique as you are. Dont allow other to influence you who you are. Negative energy alwayse sap you of your joy and will leave you feeling deplete remember that you have choice in who you allow into your circle and you have choice on how to react on that energy they give off. dont give anyone your power. Ever. Trust. Trust that their is a good in the world and trust that if you give you will receive. Be prepare to accept the gift coming your way Love. with your all heart. Dont hold back knowing that someone has the ability to hurt you should never stop you from allowing them to loving you and loving them back without condition.
