I feel so overwhelmed, sad, angry, confused, and stressed...My chest feels heavy and it hurts. It's difficult to breathe and i don't know what to do. I can't focus that well anymore. I'm shaking and when someone simply walks past me it scares me, i don't know why but it does. Loud sounds such as voices, make me angry lately and i can't control it. What should i do? I need advice!

For now turn on some calm music and lay down and try to get comfortable hopefully it will help you for the moment.

take a thick bedsheet over you,
eyes closed
and lie down until you sleep.

Replyif you like art, i suggest drawing. It helps me calm down. Listen to some music or call friends. it might feel like they won't know what your going through but it'll help
