Due to all of my stress , anger, anxiety, sadness and panic attacks, I relapsed and started cutting myself again...I didn't want to relapse but i can't handle this anymore. I'm tired of living like this, I just want to be happy again. I know i'm gonna regret this later on in life but, I don't know what else to do. Nothing helps me anymore. I can't afford a therapist, talking to the school counselor doesn't help anymore, and i can't talk to my mom because she doesn't care, and i can't talk to my dad because he's busy plus he never listens to me. I've considered ending it all but, i can't bring myself to do it. Someone ,anyone please give me some advice ASAP...

Relapsing isn't good but it happens. It takes strength to even admit it and you've done that. So you're stronger than you think. What's important is you try not to self harm. anymore. I know life can suck sometimes but its not worth ending it or harming yourself. Life can get better. Im sure your parents care about your well being. I would think your school counselor would try to offer ways to help you. Sometimes in life you just got to hang on and keep going. Have you tried talking to your family Dr or do you have one? They can help in ways or refer you to places. What about your interests have you tried getting lost in music, hobbies, writing,or whatever you like it can help stress and focus your mind on other things. I hope you feel better hon xx

ReplyYou need to hang in there buddy. Its gonna take a lot of strength to stop this but I know you are strong. Hurting yourself is never the option. You feel like doing it? Start by trying to distract yourself so you wont think about it. Hurting yourself is addicting but only you can work on it. I am pretty bad at giving advices ig. But start thinking more positively like start thinking about things that make you happy. Start meditation it really helps with the anxiety and everything else. Then again no counsellor or therapist can help unless you are willing to change yourself. So change your way of thinking. Start seeing stuff from the positive aspects. Start valuing yourself a bit .Try to love yourself. Your body is a blessing of God that is too precious to be harmed like that. At the end it all depends on your mindset. Make your mind and act upon it.
