You're in tears, hyperventilating, and just panicked... your coworkers either stare at you or treat you like a monster even though you're not doing anything to them.
I'm glad I'm okay, but I feel like I'm not even human. It's the same feeling I had when I was lost at night and distressed, and no one stopped to ask if I was okay.
No wonder I try to self isolate... to avoid being hurt by humans.

I once shat my pants at work,no one cared, most people laughed at me
ReplyIve freaked out at work many times. It's not fun at all. Most people were nice to me if they talked to me. By most I was just avoided. Then I switched jobs. Honestly the only thing that helped me was keeping a job long enough to get insurance and then start taking medication. It took me forever to do that and it took forever to get the right diagnosis and right medication. It was a very tough time period to do that. If you ever feel a medication isn't helping you then you need to try different ones. The process sucks but you'll feel better.
ReplyI don't have to imagine I've had multiple times of that. Panic attacks and people being a monster to me. It sucks. Are you ok though?
