Sorry for my bad english.
Something strange happened today. I was scrolling on tiktok and then suddenly i felt really cold and i couldn't move. I started breathing really fast and felt dizzy. It went on for a couple of minutes then i was able to stand up and grab some water. My whole body was covered in sweat and my hands were trembling. I should mention that i spent a very stressful day but at that time i wasn't feeling bad or anxious. Also i started forgetting important stuff , even thought i have a really strong memory. I find myself trying to remember events that happened on the same day but can only see some very faint pictures.

So from what I think, I guess u were triggered by stress. And do u have anything on ur mind that ur thinking of or maybe it was an adrenaline rush. Ur adrenaline tends to act on its own without notice.

ReplyWow that sounds bad. Stress can have a delayed reaction sometimes, so it makes sense that this could happen even after you had calmed down. If you had a stressful day, your entire body was probably running hard, blood pressure may have been high, etc. Then when you finally get a chance to "relax" that's when it hits.
If you're ok now then I wouldn't worry too much. But if this keeps happening it could be a bad sign, like a weak heart or chronic high blood pressure. In any case, if you get stressed out again, try to keep mindful of it. As soon as you can get to a safe place and decompress. I'm sorry you had to go through this!
ReplySounds like you had a panic attack. But you should also aee a doc if it happens again, just to make sure nothing else is going on with your blood oxygen levels or anything but the range of symptoms you gave, suggests panic attack to me. Especially if they kept changing. Sometimes we don't consciously realise our mind and body is anxious until later when it's out of control.
Do something the requires a little bit of focus and a repetitive task like a simple game on your phone or something. Listen to relaxing music, i find chillwave pretty good as it doesn't make you emotional. Talk to someone or even out loud to yourself and acknowledge how you are feeling, what you are feeling. You may find it calming to breathe through a straw which helps you both focus and also control the throat muscles for breathing.
