This week is the new year.
I think most people will wish love and success for themselves.
I'm trying to think what I wish for myself...
First of all, I'm trying not to make a big deal out of this date - it's only another Sunday, right? I think that making a big deal out of this date will only make people try to change a lot all at once, which is the wrong way to grow in my opinion. Change should happen in small steps over time, right? I mean, every time I tried to change myself completely I ended up changing back.
For example - last year I started doing my face routine. I tried to do it for so long, but I started building it one product at a time, and now I have a whole routine with products that I love using. If from time to time I don't feel like doing the routine, I'll just skip it and won't be mean to myself about it, because I know that I'll pick it up again the next day.
So I think I aspire to start building new skills and new routines this week.
One of the things I really want to start again is taking vitamins and using an electric toothbrush - I bought one and I hated using it, but I know I need to. At least a couple of times a week to start with.
I also aspire to wake up earlier (club 5 am in the future hopefully) and clean regularly. When I'll move to my own apartment I want to start using all those tips I saw on clean-tok.
I aspire to be better for myself.
