Screw this exams...π© It's so hard to study the full syllabus in one night π© i didn't sleep the whole night i only sleep after finishing the 3hrs exam and when I reach my home at afternoon π. it can cause me health issues, but I can't fail the exam...i need to try my best..there is no other option left for me, it's so tiring...these portions are new for me cause teaching staffs didn't complete the potions yet they take long leave and the end is hell for us....in my class others student's give up cause they don't have any dream for further studies or geting a job...they are like just for the degree and to avoid the marriage...π Now I'm the one struggling here,,, lot of formulas and theories equations...β οΈ I hate mathamatics....even if I study and practice well...i forget which method to use...π€¦π»ββοΈ god! I wish i get good marks π₯Ί I'm having a bad luck i loss my scientific calculator (I gave this name for my calculator Casio kasama π’) and I loss the table log book.... everything is worst for me now...π₯΅π€ πΏ

Stress and lack of sleep will make you forgetful as it impacts your brains ability to think and process information and the world around us. Try and get a more reasonable amount of sleep, minimum 5-6 hrs for your brain to become better focused. This would be making you forgetful with equations and your losing objects.
Memory can be a big challenge in exams, try and find a way to remember which equation is for which by using a word or creating a story behind the name of the equation (it's called Word Association). It can be very good at supporting memory.
It sounds like you genuinely care about your studies and that's awesome but running yourself into the ground won't help anyone, especially not you β€οΈ
ReplyThank you for your time...β¨ you're correct when I get more sleep i can do the exams well even when I didn't prepare too well. So for upcoming exams i try to get more sleep...and feel less stressed..π
ReplySpace out your studies and plan your prep time. Even if you have to write it up in s calendar. Monday- 2 hrs on xxx, Tuesday -3 hrs on xxx. It'll help give you a visual of all the study prep time you'll have and if it's not enough you then have the time to restructure it. Forward planning will help, good food, reasonable sleep and an occasional break for your brain (even 5 minutes every now and again to just do something different for a second. You'll do great, i have no doubt but we're all here anytime π
