I have an interview on Monday and another one on Wednesday. I never really know how to answer the question "tell me about yourself". It's such a basic question and I feel that I always overthink. and also another question I have issues with is "what are your strengths?" What is the best way to answer these two questions.

The thing I personally value most about people is honesty, not that I am a professional to give advice, but from one person to another I might recommend that if they ask you to tell them about yourself, to give a down to earth answer. If I had to answer that question, I would give a background of myself, who I am, what I enjoy doing, and where I envision myself going - and perhaps relate to how this new position could take me there.
Perhaps if you have difficulty pin pointing your strengths, ask someone who knows you well what they think your strengths are. They may even mention something you didn't consider. If you know for sure what your strengths are then relate them to how the employer would benefit from having you and what you bring to the table.
Best of luck!
