How you will feel to get scolded for things which u hav not done, today i faced this situation with me where i was working normally but my leader gave me work and i just did what he said and for that thing i got escalation from my Uk manager, and from 4 sides u getting things banged on ur head. this was not at all right. In corporate when u r naive and easy to target people will squeeze u like lemon n once u get escalation
they will throw you like squeezed lemon
