You should do this if you are overweight to lose the extra weight so that you are healthy.
ReplyHey there, I’ve been a fitness nut and ex-obsessive workout junkie for years. The truth I’ve learned? What you eat is far more important than working out, as long as you have a reasonably active lifestyle. I’m close to the best I’ve ever looked, and I haven’t had a real workout in a year. Instead I went with extreme diet (raw fruits, veggies). That may be difficult for you especially if you’re used to a wider diet. But the point is if you clean up your diet (minimum: no fried foods, no refined sugary foods) then you can probably do 1 workout every week or even fewer. The people who workout every day are just probably just burning off the fats & sugars they consume. So logic says: stop consuming fats & sugars and you won’t need to workout.
Stay active though! A naturally active lifestyle will keep you in shape… taking the stairs whenever possible, walking instead of driving if it’s less than a mile, etc. It’s a balance between food & activity, so figure out what works best for you and good luck!
