why does every time i sleep early i experiences recurring dreams? it's always me being chased by someone or someone i know is being chased?? is it stress?? anxiety or what?? every time i had recurring dreams, i wake up at dawn and i can't peacefully sleep anymore unless i play music until i fall asleep. Is there something wrong with me psychologically? Maybe I'm stress with my schoolworks... idk i need advice. T_T how can i stop this recurring dreams??
