Dear reader,
I randomly came across this website and decided to give it a try. In present times, and I say this from experience, it is very easy to get stressed and anxious. I have started journaling my thoughts for the past few days, and even though I am not very regular, I have noticed that I feel a little better. That shows that the more I share, the better I will feel. Also, my journal will always stay with just me. I mean, I can definitely show it to a friend or whatever, but who would want to do that. Also, if I had a friend I can share everything with, I wouldn't even be in this position in the first place. Maybe some of the people out there would agree with me, but I think sharing the emotions out in public helps more. And what better a way to do so than anonymously.
I know this is just one of the many experiments I have been doing over the years of feeling better, but I think I will try to be regular here in portraying my thoughts and feelings. Additionally, I will also want to read other people's pieces and see if I can be of any help to anyone, of course anonymously.
Looking forward to feeling better and also learning how to express myself in a clear manner.

I've found that the few weeks i've begun participating here has helped me process and begin to work through a few of my own little issues.
