I’m so tired, mentally and physically. It’s almost as if I can’t catch a break, I feel like I’m worthless and annoying and stupid. I cant do anything right . I don’t know why I feel like this, sometimes I get panic attacks because of these feelings, I can’t focus properly I’m so stressed most of the time. Most of the time I don’t know what I’m feeling but the times I do know what I’m feeling it’s always the feelings that hurt the most. I wish I could know how to fix what I feel but I don’t. I want to end it all but I can’t. I have so much to live for but I can’t help but crave the feeling of dying and finally resting.

ReplyThese thoughts and feeling are a necessary challenge that you will get past. Reaching out like this is a way to do this. It is not the only way but it is a start.
Most of us think that in these instances we must be strong and determined. What works better is to surrender, relax, and just sit with (be with) the sensation felt and the negative thought that arrives. Resistance, rejection, and adding new thoughts about how horrible it all is empowering this mental storm. Just let it be as it is. Just breath. Eventually it will subside from lack of energy your reaction has been providing.
