Replythis was not something i personally have been through, this was written on behalf of my friend who goes through this daily.
ReplyLook up, someone's there watching you telling you that its ok and you exist, get up, find some who will help you and teach you to manage what is happening inside you, talk to someone, talk to someone who makes you feel calm and controlled, remember, remember why your here and try to warn someone when you feel something coming on. Just keep living your life anyway you want to.
