I hate life because no matter what you do IS ALWAYS THE SAME! We are so very destined, there's a final destination. Scream at the top of your lungs you're free only to find out it's all planned for the future. I don't want to talk about the universe no more, please scientists don't bring it up. I overthink everything, I was fine calling my shelter home, that's all I needed. Words don't cut it too, I want... I don't know what I want. I looked back at my old posts from the last four weeks in Novni and I made a solid 51 posts. 51 posts in the last four weeks! I think I might be in need of help guys. Please help me. But I realize I don't relate to it anymore, I don't feel that way. It was worthwhile for that moment, sure.

Emotions come and go. You deal with them as you can. To attempt to make sense of how you felt weeks ago when you feel different now is almost pointless. As far as how you feel goes, focus on now. Don’t think too much of the past. As a great movie once said: the past is history, the future is a mystery, but the present is a gift.
ReplyI feel you. What helps me when I feel like this is I just stop. I sit down, and look at the fabric of the clothing I'm wearing, and notice all the intricate stitches. Notice, observe. Look at the bird out your window. Notice its song, look at its feathers. This help technique helps ground me a lot. its called the 5 4 3 2 1 technique. I recommend searching it up. We are humans on planet earth, we are in the present. Also maybe take a nap to get away from your thoughts and stuff for a bit. I also recommend experimenting a bit, take new opportunities, and try to make opportunities, try doing pottery,calligraphy, whatever! Having a hobby really helps me. I hope this helps.

ReplyTake a break . You really need to get out of this . The way you are expressing yourself is sounding confused, without direction. You need love, support, peace in your life. Engage your mind and body in different activities.
