Hi, I want to share my story on how I developed a better mind and improved mental health. I used to be someone who was very anxious, depressed and felt like I’m worthless. Of course, it’s not easy to overcome all of that in 1 minute. It took me about 2-3 years to overcome that and are my thoughts more positive.
Here are my tips:
1. Whenever someone humiliates you, talk back to them in a polite and quiet way. Prove your point or why you are like that.
2. If you’re ever on the verge of crying, but don’t want to in-front of someone: look up at the ceiling (exhale), then look down (inhale). 100% works :)
3. If someone’s criticism makes you feel low, tell your mind: “I am awesome and whatever they’re saying in nonsense. They’re only jealous of me. I am not hated by everyone.”
4. Try going on for a walk. Really, sitting in your room crying for 3 hours won’t do anything. Talk to yourself: what do you want? Remember, people who humiliate or hurt you aren’t worthy of your tears. You want a great future right? Then study and don’t even think a minute about them.
5. Keep yourself engaged in certain activities. The more free time you have the more your brain will think which will eventually develop nonsense.
Hope these help alter your thoughts ^^
