Hi all!! Today was another average day. I woke up, washed my hair, ate some lunch then headed to a doctors appointment. After that I had a meeting for a group I’m in. Lately I’ve been doing light stretching and some walking. I’ve drank more water today as well. Funnily enough I deleted TikTok from my phone but now I’m hooked on yt shorts. I feel like I have a slight addiction to my phone and I really want to work on that as well. I spent like 2 hours watching shorts. I also feel like they’ve destroyed my attention span since I can barely focus on watching a 45-minute tv-show. Anyhow, today I’m grateful I drove safely on the highways, I don’t usually go in them since I’m scared of going at high speeds and crashing. Anyhow, my dad helped guide me with merging and where to go since it was during peak traffic hours. I am also grateful I got to go to the doctors appointment because now I know I have an option on wether I want to get a surgery or not to fix a problem. Thank you all for reading have a great night!

ReplyIt is good that you went to see your doctor. I had a doctor's appointment for the 6th to see my doctor as well here in Australia and I cancelled it because it rained all day, and it isn't urgent. I made an appointment for next week. As far as your addiction to your phone - it is a good idea to leave your phone alone except for calls and to stay away from social media because both of these things have been linked to suicide. Find other things to do. Have a great night too.
