Sometimes you just know, but...

Yes, sometimes you just know. You take one look at the person and you know there's something about them, something that draws you. You see them smile at you for the first time and you are astounded how an ordinary person suddenly become so beautiful, so mesmerizing all of a sudden. And when you find more about them, you just know, this is what you have been waiting all your life, the meaning of all the heartaches and mistakes you've been through, this is the person you have been drawing in your heart all you life, the exact measure against which you've been comparing all the guys, the ideal mate, the perfect match.

Yes, you look in to their eyes, and you just know they feel the same too. And you feel so happy and peaceful because, it's finally here, the feeling you've wanted to have, the person you feel at home with, the love you never believed existed.

You feel all that, and then they never call you back. You try to reach out, and they ignore your messages. Your heart keep saying,"..this is it, this is it.." but it's obvious they don't feel the same heartache for being apart as you do. In fact, it seems they're enjoying life to the fullest, traveling the world, laughing with the friends, being so happy and cheerful, it'a like they are mocking your pain. And you begin to wonder if all their interest was all just your imagination.

Despite all, you still just know, that this kind of thing may never come to you again. And you want to try and find out if there's a chance, even a slight one, they might feel the same. But, you are too shy, and too proud, and you don't want to be a nuisance, and lose the little of them you have in your life.

Yes, sometimes you just know, but what if the other person doesn't know it? What then? Where do you go from here?
