I feel unbelievably good about myself
I got out of this depressing stage of my life. After 7 years I've taught myself to grow and not everything will be perfect and that I shouldn't let it affect me...
can't be done
Replyright, but what are the things you do to try and forget?
ReplyThat's easy. I don't.
Replyi'm just guessing that you don't like complicated things
ReplyPretend to be happy and tell a lot of jokes even if you don’t feel like it. I always try to convince others I’m okay. Hope Eventually I’ll feel okay too.
ReplyA lot of people usually do this, I mean most people. When I try to do this, I feel sick, I can't really control my face expressions.
Replynot really possible to just forget someone, I mean ofc if it's a person who was barely in your life that's pretty easy to forget. But knowing someone for a longer time and having moments with them is pretty tough to forget. I think people just choose not to bring it up or to put it in the back of their heads but it'll always hurt if they meant something to you. One trigger can remind you so honestly I guess I use distractions to help but I mean it'll still be there and hurt. I'd rather pretend I'm fine and that I'm okay than explain why I haven't forgotten them yet.
Replyyea, people just choose not to bring it up or to put in the back of their heads like you said. One explanation can trigger you a lot.
ReplyBusy your time with an activity you enjoy.
ReplyThis will work but sometimes people don't oversee what to do after you're out of activities you can do.
ReplyOut of sight, out of mind — get rid of everything that reminds you of the person.
