A thing happens at night for me.
Where my mind is so awake. I want to sleep. But like the action of trying to fall asleep is so like repulsive to me cause whenever I try to sleep I end up just in my thoughts. And sometimes I don’t want to think thoughts I just want to sleep. And then I go on my phone to distract me from my thoughts but then I can’t sleep.
Does this happen to anyone else?
Does anyone have suggestions.

today i didn't wanna do anything so i overslept i'm trying to empty my head from all the noise...
You should play relaxation music, lie down in bed, and while breathing in and out slowly relax yourself all over. Then while listening to the music imagine you are floating on a thick white cloud in the sky and while you are doing this push all interfering thoughts away.
