Guess what? If you often experience road rage, you're more likely to suffer a heart attack. If you have a heart attack after your little road rage incident, the person who pissed you off (or, at least you thought they pissed you off) will not know about your new health problem. They might not even care. Is getting angry on the road worth damaging your health? Didn't think so. So calm down.

Everyone has a bad day, that's human. However there are so many people who are on the phone while driving. We are losing billions of collective hours on the road because people refuse to put that stupid little phone down for the sake of safety and their fellow drivers. We don't tolerate drunks driving, yet statistics prove that being on the phone is way worse than drinking and driving. Also, no one seems to care about having pride in their driving skills anymore. Too distracted. Kids aren't watching their parents drive anymore, they are on the phone too. So, they lose basic knowledge of driving skills that usually come with observing mom or dad driving. All in all, you have to remember that there are people driving who are from the pre-cell phone era. Back when driving was actually enjoyable. Now, they have to be forced to adapt to a bunch of law breaking distracted drivers and that can become infuriating over time. Especially when it's costing us all so much of our lives.
