I’m so worried that I’m falling back into my depression. My shitty sleep schedule has returned and I’m even more tired. I don’t know if it’s the food from my dorm rooms, but I don’t feel excited to eat. Things just haven’t tasted as good recently and it scares me. I keep remembering the days when I didn’t feel anything from eating. No sense of fullness, nothing that made me want to take the next bite.
I’ve been off of my medication for about a week now, mostly because I told myself I needed to save them. I was supposed to take them on schooldays, but I just ended up forgetting to.
So I get it. It’s partially my fault. But I’m trying. I’m trying to figure out insurance and how to get my prescription filled. I meant to do it so much earlier. But moving was enough stress and I’ve never dealt well with change.
I just want to be free, hell, I’ll even settle for functional. My meds helped me focus, and now I’m doing even worse than I was when I was on meds. Sure I was bad back then, but now I’m even worse and it’s my fault still.
I just wanna feel okay. Please. I’m just so tired.

I don't know what that feels like but I know how it feels to not feel the same thing from the same thing that you do, food you eat or person you're with and I was also a person who forgot to take their meds and It is really a pain because sometimes it disrupts our own body clock like a reset to our body
Sorry to suggest but have tried any possible alternative or new hubbies, I found solving puzzles and listening to calm music enjoyable maybe you could try it sometime
