Advice Asap

Okay my friends parents pulled her out of school of being gay and having a girlfriend. I'm mainly concerned because I live right next to her haven't seen her leave her house. This many just be a coincidence and I'm not looking at the right time. Her parents are also super abusive and yell at her constantly. Shes not a bad kid and litterly never gets any bad grades or does anything remotely wrong. She's always covered in bruises and at first we dismissed it as softball but softball doesn't do anything in the winter and it's continuous throughout the winter. It's a big concern around my friends because she was already suicidal before and school and softball was the only thing keeping her alive and she was pulled out of both. Is it to far to submit a wellness check form? I need advice asap.
