Now I have hope. Hope that how I feel, in this given moment won't last. I actually feel really good right now. It's the ever changing, ever evolving pattern of life that the sadness will leave and be replaced by contentment, or peace of mind or perhaps even anger. All emotions, are equally valid, and they all have a purpose. The truth is that happiness, will also leave. Acceptance and gratitude are both essential in navigating our lives. I wish that many things such as this, were taught in school. Parents could teach their children, but they would have to know that themselves, and many don't. To lose our belief that it will all work out in the end, our optimism, our looking forward to the future, etc is a very serious matter. To be without hope, or hopeless is potentially dangerous! We are never hopeless, that's a lie. We may feel, it sometimes, but we can turn it around. Every day we should consciously restock our store cupboards of hope. By thinking about positive and inspiring things, in our present. To actively do this, start a gratitude journal. Find a time every day to list 3 things at least, more if you can, that you are thankful for. Examples, you enjoyed a cup of coffee, you passed an exam, a nice guy, or girl, or someone smiled, noticed, or complimented you. You got home before it rained. Big things, small things, it all goes in your journal. Create a playlist of songs about Hope. This too shall pass, is an awesome mantra. Actively find some more. Use affirmations, be mindful of how you speak to yourself. Learn constantly in a stress free way. NLP, Positive Psychology, Neurogenesis all I have found to be extremely helpful. Healing and wholeness are mine right now. Use that affirmation, several times a day for one whole month. You will have a transformation, I can guarantee it. Isochronic Tones are very healing, if used consistently.
