Today marks the first week without eating the first days hurt but I don’t feel it anymore. I feel happier that I’m losing weight but I don’t know the real affects it could cause. I don’t care to much to be honest, if it helps me find love then it’s worth it.

It won't help you find love because you'll be too focused on it and you'll get sick. But i understand you are concerned about that.
Can you try and loose weight in a healthier way? Exercise, changing your diet instead? And do you know if your weigh and bmi is in a normal range or not? I mean to say, do you know if your perception is correct about you needing to loose weight or do you think you're overweight but you're actually in a normal range?❤️
