I never learn how to be grateful for my self. A week ago, I watched 'Daily Dose of Sunshine'. Near the last episode, I found a journaling technique to write a grateful journal. I have been practicing it, but I still feel empty and found myself lose my path. But, let me write my grateful today:
- Thanks for myself to do work out today. Please stay healthy :)
- Thanks for myself to make tomato juice for myself again. Keep it up and have healthy skin!
- Thanks for myself to start applying for the job and try to get rid of fear. You will be okay ;D
