I think emotions shouldn't be controlled unless they are very obviously going against normal standards of what is good, and it's okay if you make mistakes and you wanna amend for it sometimes. It's not always your fault, but someone else's and you gotta step right to fix what's bothering you together with that person, even if he doesn't want to admit it. However, take whatever you see online with a grain of salt. Today, something got on my nerve. I blame them. I tried to exteriorize this bad taste that was left on my mind any way I could. You shouldn't internalize it always. That's where facing your emotions comes into play. I think how many have said, it's okay to feel what you feel. And it's okay to try and want to fix things and leave them in a good place. Even though we are so proud about ourselves and we want to put a facade all the time, eventually you are going to go back to feeling stuck, and you are gonna wonder how to move forward. Did you let it go sometime in your life, only to find out that there's so many places in life you can go that what you previously thought was right it's not anymore? Well, I certainly did. If I had to describe myself, I would say I'm an empath, I get stuck sometimes, I have patience for what it's worth the wait, and I generally keep negative criticism towards others to myself. But when things start really bothering me, without exceptions to the rules, I'm going to remark to that person what's bothering me about him. Lastly, we should live life however and whenever we want. We shouldn't put fake walls of wanting to do new and different things, so fuck new year's resolutions. Unless new year's resolution is your way of enjoying life however and whenever you want, but you get the whole point. Some days truly feel like rollercoasters, and healing is really something because you could be doing so bad mentally and whether you like it or not, you are gonna heal. So as long as our actions don't disseminate in a bad way that might get us compromised, you are good to feel whatever you wanna feel. Sometimes we can't control everything, but all the time we want to control everything. Unfortunately, or fortunately, there's no right or wrong way to live life. You just live and what you feel is the truth. My best advice right now is live life however way and whenever you want, stop putting fake fronts and be real with your emotions. Turned out to be longer, and more distorted than I thought... but thank you if you even opened it, my heart goes with you even though you didn't got to the end. This is how I'm feeling now!
