"If you find yourself crying out of nowhere, your stress levels may be too high for your body and mind to handle." Yep, that's me right now. One moment I feel ok enough, think I can handle things, and then suddenly one more stick or so is added to the pile that then falls apart. I feel like it's ok that I'm crying if my body is too confused/overworked with these feelings of stress. I know I'm stressed, but didn't know I'd cry today.
