So, today in the morning I was cycling, when a random guy on a bike approached and said that you should keep your back straight, hands stuff and peddle continuously. I thanked him and thought that he shall now leave. But he slowed down his bike speed and followed me. He advised me that you should do other types of workout too. And said about some exercises. Honestly, i really liked his suggestions but I would have loved them if he wouldn't try riding with me. His gym then approached and he asked me whether I would wanna join for a workout. I politely refused and said that I would like to focus on cycling today. He then bid me goodbye and said see you. Honestly, ik he meant for my betterment, but i couldn't help but feel uncomfortable. What are your suggestions?
