War was terrifying. The people I was speaking, smiling, laughing died that day. My neighboors , the people I have known for a while are not alive. That feeling that you may not be alive the next second was driving me crazy.
We all had to leave our homes, our cities, our villages. Some people will never be able to visit the graves of their dearest people. I miss my house very much, miss the feeling of being protected. Miss my city. The city which streets I knew by heart. The city where I grew up, where I went to school, fell in love. I miss my village where everyone would ask me whose grand-daughter I was. The village surrounded by mountainious forests. Miss the spring always with fresh water. Our village house which was very big and comfortable. Miss our animals. Our donkey, pigs, chickens, rabbits. I miss that cozy feeling which reminded me of my childhood. Now my childhood and the memories of it have vanished. What should I do when I am completly powerless?
