Yes. A lot of us experience this season of being hopeless. Myself is not spared from this. I am normal person and that's part of being a normal human being in this ever- changing world called earth.
If you feel like that, then just feel it. But make sure that your brain will not be succumbed by your emotions. Else, you are just heading for a more un-winnable situation.
Your brain must have told you - and you must believe - that tiredness has its own solution. If you are tired, then rest. Rest for a while, i mean. Haha, you are thinking of something like rest in peace. Of course, that is not the way to go. No one in this world can ever guarantee peace in that rest in peace condition for those who tried to stop themselves to be breathing and be alive.
Take a rest in between your tiredness. If you are feeling those sadness or disappointments and similar unhappy emotions, then let your brain works and focus on the things that you must be grateful for. There are lots, you just need to re-focus. The air you breathe, your hands and feet, your bed, your cellphone or loptop where you were able to read this - isn't it something to be grateful and happy for.
Get up and re-focus and continue to fight for what you really aim for.
Don't have a dream for yourself? Don't know what you like in life? Hahaha, friend, this world is not only for you. You can live for other's dream. Get up and do something for others. Who knows, that might give you more lists to be hopeful for. Life is a journey, not just a target. Well, at the end of the day, it will always be your choice.
