Make a turn

2023 nearly broke me. Or I should say I almost broke myself in 2023.

Lesson learned: learn your limits and respect them.

I survived, but I fear the effect of the damage I let happen will follow me for a long time. But time is directional. I can't go back in time. I just have to build on what I've got.

Don't let a bad year turn to a bad life. You can reduce the momentum of the destruction and eventually turn the projectile around to the positive direction. Make something that lifts you up from under your wings rather than weighing you down.

But you can't reverse without slowing down and briefly stopping. You don't go from V = 10 m/s to V = -10 m/s without passing through V = 0 m/s. It won't be immediate, but you will turn this back around.
