Here a short version. I could go his wedding if his dad (My stepdad)not going. But, if his dad does go to the wedding. I am not going.
My step dad did some some horrible things to me from my mother's marriage to my 20s. Now in the present time. From my family members, exes, and stepdad's families. He still doing same old toxic behavior and might destroy the my brother's wedding. I am afraid he might cross the line with me or new and other family members. When he drinks become a womanizer and chomo.

I miss you don't know where and how are you.

Tell him what you have written in your post because you need a very good reason to not go to your sibling's wedding.
ReplyTell your brother what your issues are with your step dad. Its better to be honest to your brother than not showing up and him not knowing the reason why. You might could come to an understanding. Still he'd probably want you to be there regardless I would think. You don't have to have contact with your step dad.
