I've been 166lbs for as long as I can remember. I threw out all my "skinny" clothes a long time ago. I recently got a new job that requires me to constantly walk the facility. It's an animal care job so we're walking non-stop all day. We get two 15 min breaks and a 1/2 hr lunch where we can relax and sit. But there's so much work to be done that we just walk for 7 hrs. It was hard at first because I wasn't used to that. But after my muscles became conditioned, it's easy. The best part of the job is I have finally reached my goal weight of 154! 🥳 That was always the weight that I had hoped I could get down to. And that's not even from working out at the gym. That's just from walking at work. If I throw the gym into the mix a few days a week, I can definitely get down into the high 140s, which is where I would love to be. No less than 145 because I like my curves. But I'm 5'6" and according to the BMI chart, 154 is ideal. And I've reached it!!!!

I will wake up and I'll be happy with the news I'm going to recieve. Everything will be fine and I'll be so excited for this new opportunity. I'll be thankful...
Congratulations! I hope you won't have to always keep walking all day to keep your ideal weight. When you are older you will be very tired.
